Worship January 14 - Remembrance of Baptism

In both services we will read the story of Jesus’ baptism as we remember our baptism. In our baptism vows we renounce the spiritual forces of wickedness, reject the evil powers of this world, and repent of sin. We accept the freedom and power God gives to resist evil, injustice, and oppression in whatever forms they present themselves.

Sunday at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m.

Hope, Healing, and Holy Communion

Join Pastor Cyndi, Pastor Paula, and the Stephen Ministers for Holy Communion during the Advent Season after Wednesday night supper. In this brief yet meaningful time, we’ll read scripture, light candles in prayer, and open the altar rail for those who would like someone to pray with them. We especially invite anyone who has experienced a loss this year, making it difficult to face the holiday season.
