Find Space this new year to listen for God’s call. Grow in God’s purpose for your life.

Too often people wonder whether God has a unique and personal call for them. And if so, how do we discern God’s call? Over the coming weeks, we will use Scripture and Trevor Hudson’s book, In Search of God’s Will, to listen for God’s call—together, prayerfully, and with active participation.

Henri Nouwen once wrote that spiritual formation is a call to discipleship—a call to follow Jesus and so become true brothers and sisters, sons and daughters of God. When we belong to Jesus, we belong to each other. Having found our true home in God, we can live in the world without being ruled by its obsessions and compulsions.

That sense of belonging opens us to the next question:

What is God calling me to do with my life—right now, in this season?

In the weeks ahead, we will focus on listening and discerning God’s personal call - through worship services, study groups, prayer, and conversations. Not just for pastors or church leaders, but for every disciple.

There is a place for you as we listen, learn, and respond to God’s call.
