Wednesday Night Suppers at McKendree are a great way to get to know people, enjoy a night off from cooking, get the kids involved at the church, and maybe join a small group for yourself!

MARDI GRAS DINNER & KIDS PARADE

Come out wearing your Fat Tuesday colors to our Mardi Gras themed Wednesday Night Supper. Join us in celebrating with our themed dinner, photo opp., music, and festivities. Our McKendree Kids will parade in their "homemade" floats! We will provide the beads (free of cost).

Ash Wednesday, March 5, 2025, Wednesday Night Programming Changes

Wednesday Supper from 5:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Children's activities will end at 6:30 p.m. The 6-12 grade students will have Unplugged time until 6:45 p.m. (Youth Bells will practice). Then they will attend the Ash Wednesday service. The kids will help serve Communion. No adult classes or small groups. Nursery is available for children 3 years and younger. The Chancel choir will meet after the service.

Wednesday Night Programming

  • Programming for kids includes kid’s choir, handbells, Klub Serve (an opportunity to learn about serving others), and more!

  • Programming for middle and high school students includes unstructured time to hangout or work on homework, youth handbells, and Youth Worship from 6:30 - 8pm.

  • Programming for adults includes seasonal Bible study opportunities, Chancel Choir practice and more.

Nursery is available for 4's and under from 5:45-8pm.
