Support Our 21st Annual Silent Auction
McKendree UMC Preschool’s 21st Annual Silent Auction begins online November 6th-13th, 2026. We invite local businesses and community members to help make this year’s event a success.
Auction proceeds support scholarships for families in need, additional resources for students who need extra support, and programs that enrich our preschool and community. We expect approximately 250 bidders this year.
Become a Sponsor or Donate an Item
We welcome gift cards, auction items, and monetary sponsorships. Sponsors and donors may be recognized on the auction website, on social media, and in our follow-up newsletter, which reaches more than 1,200 households.

Sponsorship Levels
Bronze Level:
Sponsors donating goods, services and/or cash with a value of $50 or less
● Inclusion in our “Friends of McKendree Preschool” promotion letter that thanks all of our sponsors and requests that our members frequent your business. This is distributed to all preschool families post event and posted for our additional 1,200 member families.
Silver Level:
Sponsors donating goods, services and/or cash with a value of between $51-$150
● All items in our Bronze list and…
● The opportunity to provide us with marketing materials that will be included in our Thank You packets that are sent home post-event in more than 100 backpacks.
● Inclusion of your company logo on our “Friends of McKendree Preschool” promotion letter.
Gold Level:
Sponsors donating goods, services and/or cash with a cash value above $150
● All items in our Silver and Bronze lists and …
● Inclusion in our social media posts advertising the auction and highlighting items that will be up for bid.
● Placement on our online auction web page for the event for all who visit to see.
