Who: All current 6th–12th grade students and their families are invited to join us for a Scavenger Hunt and Picnic
Where: McKendree UMC for early worship and then Picnic at Rock Springs Park Pavilion.

9:30 AM Worship and small groups
12:30 PM Rock Springs Pavilion
🕵️♂️ The Hunt Begins Early!
This isn’t just any scavenger hunt—it’s an all-day team competition!
At 8:00 AM, your team’s challenge begins. You’ll get a list of items to bring with you to church to earn points.
Come to the 9:30 AM worship service and small groups? That’s bonus points!
Point tallying begins during small group time and continues with team challenges at the park.
We'll end the fun by crowning the winning team at the picnic—bragging rights included!
🧺 Picnic in the Park (Families Welcome!)
After small groups, head over to Rock Springs Park Pavilion for a relaxed and fun time together.
Parents, you’ll need to drive your student(s), but don’t just drop them off—stay and hang out!
We’ll provide the main dish, and ask that you bring your favorite side or dessert to share.
While students compete in the scavenger hunt, enjoy some fellowship, food, and a chance to meet your kids’ small group leaders.
We can’t wait to see you there and kick off the year with fun, food, and community!
