McKendree UMC Mission Trip!
McKendree is sponsoring an intergenerational at Hinton Rural Life Center's Mission Outreach Program in the beautiful Appalachian mountains of North Carolina. Participants will serve the local community by completing small projects and home repair. Hinton's mission emphasis is not just on construction or completing projects, but on building relationships.
Cost per person is $410.00 and includes lodging, meals (4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 4 dinners), and materials, tools, and supplies. The center is a two hour drive. This trip is offered for all ages, however children under the age of 12 must have a parent present and all 12 year and older students will be accompanied by Jenn Strickland.
