Welcome to McKendree United Methodist Church
Welcome to McKendree United Methodist Church, where every single person matters, period. We invite people from all walks of life and hope they feel welcomed. We trust that when we worship together, serve together, pray together, eat together, and do life together that God is present. That changes everything!

Acolytes remind us that the light of Christ is present when we gather.

Join us for this special day of celebration and commitment in the life of our church!
We will:
Celebrate our Confirmation Class as they make their vows and witness baptisms.
Share in Holy Communion served by the confirmands using bread they baked themselves—their first act as members of McKendree UMC.
Recognize our high school seniors during worship.
Acknowledge college and other graduates—please let the church office know if you or someone in your family is graduating this spring.
After worship, stay for a potluck lunch in the Fellowship Hall. It’s a great time to celebrate all that God is doing in and through the people of McKendree.
